Has anyone heard if Goshen lost any players? I also heard that Ty Riddle is going to Anderson University. Isn't this like his 3 school?

I agree Rub. But since we are taking pop shots, I would be willing to bet Lightfoot has lost a higher % players than Platt. What am I thinking, Lightfoot was a legend in the 90's, not possible.

Do Huntington players sign a lifestyle covenant that says they will not drink, etc?

Do Huntington players sign a lifestyle covenant that says they will not drink, etc? All HU students do.

the players that Lightfoot "loses" are players that have trouble with the lifestyle covenant--and you take a chance on some of these guys because the might become players but especially because they might become believers--the hope and prayer of the BC coaches is that wherever these guys end up, that is where they will meet Christ
this is not saying anything about HU or Grace or anyone else; that's the way it is a BC

This approach to recruiting sounds equivalent to what used to be referred to as "missionary dating". Date the hot non-Christian girls under the mantra that you are trying to convert them.

the point is that players leave Bethel not because of some flaw in BC or the coaches -- and it's not "missionary dating"; it's called evangelism.
and quit picking on Gabe
especially you, Feller
