Funny cowboy. You watch one-two games and you make your case for MCC Player of the Year.
Zach Coverstone would win the award if they voted today, I'm pretty confident of that.

Exalt for being so funny! so who should it be? the guy with like 11 points the last 2 games or the guy who got dominated last night Maybe this guy who had this stat line in an MCC loss... 7 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 TO, 0 blocks, and 1 steal Or this guy who had this stat line in an MCC loss... 17 points (35% shooting), 9 rebounds, 1 assist, 8 TO, 3 blocks, and 3 steals

Wow, you are so convincing Cowboy! What, did facts get in your way of a quality post? Why the attitude? You can notice attitude on a message board? Wow. So somebody calling you out on your meaningless posts automatically has an attitude? HA!

I'm pretty sure you have an attitude. But so do many of us hiding behind our keyboards on bethelhoops.com.
If I had to vote today, I'd have...
1. Coverstone 1. Lightfoot 3. McCollum 4. Sawyer-Davis
We all know that the results on the floor is only part of how someone wins the MCC POY. I like Coverstone, Lightfoot, and McCollum being in the thick of things because (1) they're seniors and (2) they've all done very well in the MCC since their freshmen year. Career wise, they'll all leave the MCC as some of the best from the 2000-2010 decade. The truth is, Coverstone has his team #1 right now and that can't be denied. Without Coverstone, there's no doubt in my mind that IWU wouldn't be where they are today. He's a great player.
Lightfoot has his team at the top (just beating IWU) while losing a terrific player on the Bethel roster (T. Brown). Again, that can't be denied. Lightfoot is leading a team that is short a very important player and he's playing and leading well.
McCollum plays for a team that isn't very good. It's hard to win the POY award if your team isn't above .500.
As for S-D, he's a a junior and his stats aren't heads and tails above everyone else. There's really nothing about this season that has shown me that he's the clear-cut POY. I think that's important if a junior is going to win. He'll get it next year.

Kevin Kyle had his team undefeated before he got injured...so, I guess he wins it hands down...Not sure I buy your reasoning for Lightfoot...since they lost two games in a row without Brown. how does that support Lightfoot?

If Kevin Kyle was still playing and his team was competing in the upper level of the MCC, then he'd still be in the discussion.

condescension and rudeness are attitudes and yes you can read attitude in writing, but regardless--maybe there was light-hearted kidding in your tone but i did not see that, I'd say (as I've said before) that the winner of POY should go to the MVP of the winning team (of course there are exceptions) right now it's probably down to Coverstone, Lightfoot, or S-D but it's hard to argue against McCs stats.
