I watched some of practice today and the Pilots were not banged up--in fact they are in incredible shape

I believe this is the new Dropstep/Dunk/Sprint drill that I've been hearing about. A good suggestion from Mike Brey to Mike Lightfoot.

i was talkin to tyler about this drill the other day. Lightfoot said that its called the Shawn Marion Drill. He said the thing that makes it super hard, besides the weight balls is that coach likes to do it at the very end of practice when your dead tired lol.
and word is that none of injuries are too bad, but instead of just sitting out, coach is using subs a lot more in practice so those guys wont get over worked, but he doesnt want anyone getting behind in their conditioning, and all the players seem to be fine with it, no complaints that ive heard of.
and i would like to say that you old people make me laugh haha "50lbs dumbells" haha. I love this site. Should be a fun year

I don't see what the big deal is. Some of the NoonHoopsters play with an extra 50 lbs distributed around their waists.

Without Sheckler in the league, I don't know if anyone will be able to contend with Walker. He is set to be a beast for sure.

Agreed!
Also, Rub...I have a friend that took a pic of when Sheckler blocked Walkers dunk attempt. I couldn't believe how high they both got. It's crazy.

I hope you're right, but something tells me that Sawyer-Davis is going to come back with a bang this year. Also, we can't overlook Coverstone and Adler. Adler, in my opinion is the biggest X-Factor in the MCC this year. He will either show up and dominate (as some have suggested) or he will be Adam Schaper (minus the Robert Morris game).

I thought about Coverstone...but S-D and Adler are not bangers, neither of those guys will play the post.
the X factor I would throw out there is the Guy HU got from Eastern Illinois, but I don't know if he is as athletic as Sheckler/Walker. I mean those guys had the height, athleticism, skill, and strength. good matchups. Walker could find that most teams will not be able to defend him well.
