So in reference to the Branson Daily News article............. Did they copy the South Bend Tribune....or did the South Bend Tribune copy them? No one copied anyone. It's the same author (the author is located in Branson).

I wondered the same thing Feller, and then I looked and it was the same author and it said "for the South Bend Tribune" under his name, not "tribune staff writer".

You have to admit though, there would have been plenty of HU fans sticking around and commenting if Bethel had lost Of course, there would have been. Just like those who posted on Feller's "AHHAHAHAHAHA" thread last year after HU's loss to Florida Memorial. Why should it surprise anyone that HU fans would have returned the favor?

I predicted a Bethel win; made a comment after the game. Have been busy today so am just getting on... Tomorrow, Bethel will win by 14.

This was a heart-stopper pure and simple. I was so drained afterwards i just sat down and couldn't move. In all fairness, WP simply controlled for 40 minutes and BC dominated for 5. Sometimes it's just good to be a bit lucky and that big 3 at the buzzer by WP that hit the wire and fell through was the change of the game. WP had nothing left in OT and Bethel could sense it and took over.
BC just gutted out the first 40 minutes and found ways to stay close. O'Gallagher was everything advertised. Great 3 point shooter but also took it to the basket a lot and hit driving layups. He missed, I think, one free throw, and must have taken 9 or 10. I haven't checked the box scores so I'm not sure. A huge break was getting Jalonte Martin, a 6-5 forward in foul trouble and eventually fouling out. He could play point but also hit a huge 'alley oop' slam. One of the most athletic players I've seen play. His fouling out sure hurt them. All in all, I thought the refs were pretty decent. They did let a lot of over-the-backs go uncalled.
