What a game to watch in person (worth the money and time on the road to get here!) Gabe, take a look since you are the master of stats and check to see but I think Tyler just went over a 1000 pts for his career. His tooth was put back in place by the dentist and there is nothing they can do for now. He said he could melt down one of Coach Lightfoot's rings to make it gold if they win this tournament!!! Branson does a great job of running this tournament. I will say that you must be a man to play in this game down here because to keep the games on time (eight a day) there are not many fouls called. You must adjust to the game. I thought Bethel survived the storm and beat a very good team. I saw six games today and they (Bethel and Warner) were as good as the top teams we looked at. Matchups are always the key. Survive and move on and with a little luck you keep playing. Anyone who was wondering if it was worth coming and loves basketball would like this place.

About the only guy that could keep Tyler from scoring less today would have been Dean Foster........ props for bring up Dean Foster on Bethelhoops!!! I 2nd that. Great Indiana HS basketball mind!!! Great passion. Besides the top 5 coaches I can think of, he would be number 6. HMMMMM Great debate!!!! FYI. Love Dean Foster!!!!

Wow........Tyler Brown already has 1000 points.
so he is on pace now to score 2,000 points.....Ryne is on pace to score about 1900 points.....and William has a good shot at 2,000 points himself.

For what it's worth about HU fans leaving as soon as Bethel won or only staying on when we thought they were going to lose, I don't buy it. I'll only speak for myself, but I was going to be on here win or lose for the game, and then leave when they game was over either way. So you can call it "smelling blood" and then scattering away, but I was here for the game, so I apologize if that's hard to understand.

You have to admit though, there would have been plenty of HU fans sticking around and commenting if Bethel had lost

Get down there slider The Pilots need you! If I didn't have a pick up basketball championship to win tonight, and a couple hours of softball practice I would be down there. Instead I think I'm going down to the Big Ten tourney on Saturday!!!
