Considering they've won as many Bowl games in the last 20 years as Notre Dame....what does that tell you Loucks?

IU last won a bowl game in 1993...........Notre Dame has actually I think won 2 since then. Actually, according to the source of all knowledge... Wikipedia, IU's last bowl win was on December 31st, 1991 in the Copper Bowl over Baylor (they lost to VT in the '93 Independence Bowl). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indiana_Hoosiers_footballNotre Dame beat Florida in the Sugar Bowl the day after Indiana's Copper Bowl win and proceeded to win the Cotton Bowl the next 2 years ('93 & '94) before having a 14 year bowl winning drought and then beating Hawai'i in the 2008 Hawai'i Bowl. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notre_dame_footballSo technically the Irish have won 4 bowl games since the last time Indiana won one. ;D

I heard Boise State assistant Brent Pease possibly the next offensive coordinator at Indiana. He runs the spread offense FYI.

JR Wide Receiver DeMarlo Belcher is rumored to have committed to coming back for his senior year instead of bolting for the NFL.

Which is probably a good thing. He probably wouldn't have been drafted in a deep WR draft.

JR Wide Receiver DeMarlo Belcher is rumored to have committed to coming back for his senior year instead of bolting for the NFL. That's wise. I've read that it's the deepest WR class in the last 10 years. Belcher probably would've went in the 4th-5th round.

Now hopefully Tandon Doss follows his lead and comes back.
Having a guy like Wilson coaching these young men can only be a positive...and I think they understand that.

Saw thi son Antwaan Randle El's NFL career.....
1. Very durable. Played in 142 out of 144 games -- missed one game this year and one in 2007. This is one of the things I really like about him at IU - he took a lot of his and never missed a game.
2. Maybe the best situational passer in NFL history. I don't know if they keep this type of statistic for situational passing, but for his career he has 22 completions on 27 attempts (81% completion), 323 yards, 6 touchdowns, no interceptions and a passer rating of about 160.When I looked at these stats, I am kind of surprised he was actually not used more as a passer, especially in Washington.
3. He scored 5 touchdowns on punt and kickoff returns. I suppose he was too valuable to IU to have been used in this capacity, but I would guess he could have had 2 or 3 each year had he been used as a punt/kickoff returner.
4. 370 pass receptions for 4,467 yards (averaged 12.1 yards per reception), and 15 touchdowns.
5. One Super Bowl ring, and he made the key play of the game for the Steelers by throwing a touchdown pass.

Tandon Doss has announced he will be entering the NFL Draft.
He is rated by Rivals as the #9 WR in the draft.......Tandon finishes his career at Indiana with 1800+ receiving yards, 13 TDS............296 rushing yards, 2 TDS............and 1,549 Return Yards.
This opens up more playing time for big time WR prospect Duwyce Wilson who is bigger and faster than Doss......Indiana is loaded at WR so this is one position that losing a player doesn't hurt too much.
