I'm counting 42 incoming players for 2009-2010.
I'm curious to see how many of this group stick it out.

In all honesty i would like to see more schools w/ JV teams, because it would give those players who do not play a chance to mature and understand the college game and also benefit the varsity squad down the road with all there players playing a good amount of minutes go gain valuable experience!! Just my thoughts!!

I agree bbo--and it's another chance to watch hoops. Will IWU have a JV?

Chances are IWU wont have a JV team, maybe I will try to find out if a JV team is a possibility or not.
How many teams in our conference have a JV team. And maybe if there were solid commitments form other schools to put a JV program together maybe more would do it. B/c I wonder if some of them do not do it b/c of finding teams to play and the financial reason!!

Apparently, Goshen is not done yet. I doubt there will be a release about this guy, but if he gets eligible, he can play. He is transferring in from a Juco in Wisconsin, I believe. So there is your vague, we might be getting someone with some skills, post of the day.

Is Goshen adding a JV team, or are there some non-returning upper-classmen?
The 08/09 roster on the web shows 11 players, 2 of which are seniors: Kyle Laker and Bryce Bow.
An additional player would be their 10th signing, putting them at 19 players if nobody is leaving...

Well, here is the article. goleafs.net/2009/08/mens-basketball/just-days-before-classes-start-chupp-announces-signing-of-butler/Daniel Butler, 6-6 Juco Power Forward...he is older, as he hasn't been in school for a couple. But from all reports, the kid can play. This is the 10th signing for Goshen this year, it will be very interesting to see how they manage all of these new players....

Great signing for our conference!
There will be some amazing teams that don't make it to Branson!
We're too loaded
all 9 teams will be great!
Butler is going to be awesome for Goshen!
