I don't believe he can. However, if he doesn't mind going to school for 6 years his 3 at Bethel could stretch to 4 by taking the minimum number of classes to stay eligible, but I don't really see that happening.

'92 BC grad Brad Fish was in the same boat and gave us 4 years. Taylor will be around for his senior year!

Interesting to watch coaches preferences in coaching. IWU & Grace go after the bigs, 6-10, 6-11 fypes. Lightfoot appears to like the 6-6, 6-7 types that are versatile and get up and down the court. Can't argue, both styles have proved successful for their team concept.

It's even better when you can get a 6'9/6'10 guy that can run the with the 6'6 guys..........Eric Brand comes to mind.

Oooops...BC4life is in error. Brad Fish continued to live on campus his fourth year but did not play for Bethel. That year, Brad participated in the ND Bookstore tournament and the team for which he played won the championship. Brad's fifth year and 2nd year at ND, the team for which he played was runner-up in the annual Bookstore tournament and Brad was named as part of the all tournament team.

In fairness rub has a point. I don't think we should expect all 7 to stick around for 4 yrs. And in all honesty that's not necessarily a bad thing, the strong survive. With 4 or 5 as freshmen this year you'd basically have a full roster in 2 classes and have no room to recruit unless you're putting them on jv. Again I have no problem with it, but only if it creates competition and not dissention

Yes, I believe over-recruiting has shown bad consequences in destroying your program at one time too...Honestly, seems like you are heading that way again now.

I agree...to an extent on "under recruiting", but Over Injuries have really been our issue...Jolliff last year, Kent and Kyle this year...
However, yes, I think we have not recruited as much as I would like the past several years, but we have maintained competitive and I think were showing to be the team to beat this year until Kyle's injury...
Oh well. The other thing that happens here, since it is your site, bethel recruits are far too overhyped...
