They did not lose to Tennessee Tech. Your research is poor these days.
It was Tennessee State. you will get yours.

Tennessee Tech....Tennessee State......does it really matter?

Um...yeah! Both are NCAA D1 schools that play in the Ohio Valley Conference, so losing to either one would seem to be no shame for an NAIA D2 program.

You can remove Boldman and Bruggeman from Goshen's roster. Both big losses as Boldman was a leader and Bruggeman had the point locked in for the next three years.

Boldman was a senior, i think...why did they leave?

I read the other day that Bruggeman is going to Ball State (possibly going to try and walk-on the basketball team).

Probably can...we just lost our "star point"...not replacing him with much. Ball State is on hard times it seems, but if they are patient with this coach, I think he can right the ship.

I agree, Rub. I think BSU is gaining some momentum. He did a great job with this recruiting class.

Strike Larry Cox off the list for IWU.
I have a source on the ground at IWU that tells me Cox actually flunked Coach Tonagels class.......I can imagine what the rest of the grades looked like. But either way, he is no longer enrolled at IWU.

WOW...it's possible to flunk out of IWU...can he just enroll in the degree factory...I mean, the adult completion program?

I wonder if you could be eligible if you were in the degree completion program? Somehow I think not. It would be interesting to know how much help Cox would have been. Any speculation? Where's wesley when we need him?

From what I understand Cox didn't see a future with the IWU program anyway.

Yet another transfer that didn't quite live up to the billing.

I just remember seeing Larry Cox at a Bethel game last year and thinking, "That is one big dude." I was looking forward to seeing him play next season.

. . . Cox actually flunked Coach Tonagel's class . . . Any idea what the course was? He should have taken a course from BC's Professor of the Year Robbie Prenkert. Cox might have learned something about "survival literature" and basketball.
