It appears to me that HU and Bethel both have very difficult brackets. USF could have some problems and IMO Indiana Wesleyan has a somewhat easier road. I know nothing about Cal-Maritime, but California has a plethora of high school basketball players and I would assume they will have some talent. If BC survives that, it gets even tougher, as they likely would play C of O and their legions. HU needs to survive a first round to play defending champ, Cardinal Stritch.

If BC can win first round, and should #2 C of Idaho beat Ozark, it would set up a matchup of teams that played at Nampa, Idaho in the late 1990's. It was a great game and Bethel pulled out a 1 or 2 pt. win to take the NAIA title on C of Idaho's home court. BC for sure will have their hands full first and second round. Good luck to all CL teams.

I know C of O can often throw out the perfect storm - 4000 fans, prime time game, home gym, etc. - but they are playing College of Idaho, which would seem to be a formidable opponent. I wouldn't concede the game to C of O quite that easily. I, for one, intend to be there cheering like crazy for the 'Yotes, and for making the tournament a true neutral site event! Go, 'Yotes!

IWU and Bethel each roll to double digit first round wins. Huntington squeezes by late and USF gets stomped. Cornerstone and Davenport both breeze.
