Bethel's Women's track team won the NCCAA indoor meet this past saturday scoring 166 points. The Lady Pilots topped King College the 2nd place finisher by 82 points, and IWU girls finished 3rd with 79.5 points. BC has qualified 17 events for the NAIA indoor nationals held at the Mini-Dome at East Tennessee State next weekl; which is huge for the women's program.
IWU won the mens side of the meet where 1st place to 4th place was seperated by only 15 points; in a very close meet. Cedarville was 2nd by 6 points, and Bethel was 4th. BC guys side has qualified 8 events to participate at the national meet.

Glad to see the MCC perform well at national meets. Any other MCC schools involved?

Yes, Spring Arbor and Grace. Grace doesn't develop an overall strong program as far as depth but they do have a young lady by the name of Nikki Burau whom is a strong 100m runner outdoor track season and qualifies nationally for NAIA with her times.
However, Spring Arbors men performed very well and place 5th with 91 points which was about 20 points out of 4th. They are on the verge of doing some special things in track as they are just now starting to build that program. And, their womens 4x800 relay ran the 3rd fastest time in the country at the NCCAA meet, which sets them up nicely to win the NAIA national championship next week.
