Taylor will open their season tonight as they always do against a weak opponent in OSU-Marion. I'm hoping to catch the 2nd half of the game as I have a concert at 7:30, and hopefully by the time I get there it won't be much of a game. I may try and see the first half of the Marion-Rio Grande game too, but we'll see what happens. I'm much more interested in tomorrow's game in seeing Taylor play Rio Grande. I'm also interested to see who's gonna be the go to guy this year as well as to see who has improved. I am somewhat optimistic about this year, but we'll see how I feel after this weekend.

What time do these games start? And are they @ Taylor?

Tonight they play at 8 (marian starts at 6) and tomorrow at 3 (marian at 1). They are both at Taylor.

Marian lost the first game to Rio Grande, they were up 9 w/ three min to go and lost by 1 point. Typical Marian team, bad shot selection and really no defense!
Taylor was up 36-4 w/ ten min to go in the first half! The team they were playing were all freshman and looked like a high school team! I left early b/c of the score! Not even a game!

yeah, the Taylor game was bad, I got there before the 2nd half, and it looked like Taylor didn't even try in the game. Rio Grande tomorrow hopefully will at least give me an idea of what this team will be like. Honestly, after today, I have no clue how this team will look come conference time. It was impossible to tell.
