Yeah, he will. The RRSN staff will be covering the guys and girls game from what I've heard. The guys will be done by Paul Condry and the girls will be done by someone else (Gabe knows the name). Donnie Smith

agreed too!, and great match-up as it sounds like kory should be matched up (and hopefully locks down) with the man he's pictured with; Scott O'Gallagher

I bet Kory is a better Quarterback than O'Gallagher

I know he was good. In fact, of the games that I watched him play I remember him more as a standout in football than basketball.

He was an All-State Quarterback....and went to the state championship game.

From the sound of things, it will take a Herculean effort to shut down O'Gallagher. Of course, perhaps he'll get his average of 24, but Bethel will be able to shut down the rest of the Knights. I do think Bethel's depth will eventually win the day, but it may take some contributions from Victor, Welch, the Laidigs, as well as WW, Brown, Lightfoot, and Lettinga. I think the game may go back and forth, and Warner Pac may have the lead for a while. But I think Bethel will definitely be the better team over 40 minutes.

Here are some senior year stats that I found on Kory's senior on the IHSAA website:
Games - 13, passes completed - 118, passes attempted - 201, total passing yards - 1791, passing yards per game - 137.8, passing touchdowns - 12.
He did that while sharing the field with the 3rd best rusher in the state (Jordan Swain) with 2325 yards and 24 touchdowns.

So I had the chance to watch a couple game dvd's of Warner Pacific today. And was given permission from the little guy to share jus a LITTLE info on here. First as I said in another thread, their interior D is well, its not a factor. They have size but they are not aggresive, don't enjoy contact, and they play behind the post player. Their big guys also prefer to shoot the ball from the perimeter rather than play down low. #32 Martin, which is one of their big three, is the only banger and he isn't a true post player. Secondly, they run a basic flex offensive and a little "IU" motion. Should be interesting to see how BC covers that. Also I think if BC pressures them they will have a little trouble because outside of O'Gallagher their is no true ball handler; even Martin gets flustered and tends to turn it over. I believe his season TO number on their website was really really high. (On the other hand they may have success if they try that against us) Lastly, even though O'Gallagher is the man, for sure; Jackson is the guy that Kory could end up guarding IMO. He can create his own shot of the dribble really well and they run him off screens a lot. O'Gallagher on the other hand is really good when space is wide open, but had trouble creating his own shot. Don't get me wrong, he def still got his points from drawing contact and posting up. His ability to post up in the films is another reason why I think Ryne's stronger body would match up better. Anybody wants any other small small details about their look lemme know. Cant wait for next week.
