Indianapolis Cathedral is looking at forming a conference with Louisville Trinity, Louisville St. X, Cincy Moeller, Elder, Cincy St. X, Cleveland St. Ed's and St. Ignatius and others including maybe Ft Wayne Dwenger. The purpose is these teams have trouble scheduling games every year and in fact, Cathedral had an open date last year due to scheduling issues.
