From the MCC website:
The sport is growing within the Mid-Central College Conference (MCC). While just three members participated in women's golf in 2010-11 (Bethel College, Marian University, University of Saint Francis), the number will be up to seven by the fall of 2012. Spring Arbor University and Mount Vernon University are adding programs for competition in 2011-12, while Indiana Wesleyan University will join the Maple Leafs in 2012-13 giving the conference enough to be eligible for official MCC Championship play.

That will give the conference 8 women's sports and 7 men's sports. What men's sport could be added to even out the distribution?
