Mark Titus' take on the situation: clubtrillion.blogspot.com/2011/05/less-than-week-away.html"So to recap, I have no facts, I don’t know what I’m talking about, and in no way should I be taken seriously. All I’m saying is that I won’t be surprised in the slightest if the NCAA digs up some serious dirt on the Ohio State football team (especially the stuff surrounding the discounted and/or free cars) because it’s something I’ve been scratching my head over for years. So if you’re an OSU football fan, I’d suggest not getting your hopes up. There’s a solid chance that this won’t end well."

Let's not skip over this in that lantern article...
But I think Malcolm Jenkins put it the best possible way...
Anyways, once again, none of this stuff is really new. However, most of this will continue to be re-hashed until the NCAA makes a ruling.

Some of the current and former players have chosen to use twitter to show their reactions to Ray Small-
Beanie Wells:
Mike Brewster: (One of my favorite current Buckeyes)

They don't want to lose their pay-checks and "tutors"

Because that means so much to Whitner and Wells...
And the two current players making comments both come from well-to-do families, so I doubt they would sell their own items.

Former Buckeye Jimmy Cordle- one of the nicest, hardest working players:
Not everybody was doing it, I can assure you.

Like bailing water off the deck of the Titanic......
The fact that he is still employed after all the lies he has told to his superiors and the public is turning Oohi State into the laughing stock of college athletics. The fact that the NCAA help up USC's penalties should not sit well in Columbus - where O$U's crimes are far greater. I am thinking at MINIMUM all the wins from last year go back and Tressel is suspended for one year.

For someone that supported RichRod for 3 years, you'd think that you would give OSU atleast til the NCAA ruled before determining his fate.

If he would have lied to the NCAA, then lied at the press conference in which he admitted to lying to the NCAA, then yes, I would not have supported him. And re-read the posts....when he broke NCAA rules, I believe I called for him to be gone. Wouldn't expect that from O$U fans...at least not as long as the Vest is winning! Either way, should make for some interesting reading on Tuesday, don't you think?

Rumors are picking up steam that Urban Meyer has agreed to terms with OSU to be their next football coach. Seems a bit premature, but if true it should be interesting.
