Seems like the type of prospect who could get better than the MCC before all is said and done...

Seems like the type of prospect who could get better than the MCC before all is said and done... But we are talking about better than the MCC; we're talking about Bethel.

the team that only won one game in conference in recent memory, yes, that Bethel...I think the MCC has proven Bethel as an equal at best.

I guess that shows how domestic the rest of the conference is.....for a team to go from winning 1 game to being the dominant team in just two years.
Either that...or it's great coaching/recruiting.

"the dominant team"? Didn't Bethel win the conference by one game last year, splitting with HU, Spring Arbor, and a couple of other schools? That's hardly "dominant." And this year, Bethel has won its only conference game in OT against a team that lost much of it scoring and a majority of its starters. Hmm...dominant? Hardly.

Good points huntington fan.... Sometimes Bethel fans, like all of us, need a little dose of reality.

not to mention they lost 2 of 3 times to an inconsistent Taylor team. Bethel is good, but they're not any more dominant then the top teams in the conference usually is.

The win at Grace was a very good result.........especially considering that Grace is now 16-2 in their new gym. I don't care who they lost...they got a career night out of their best player and had a number of other kids put up near career numbers. It was the biggest game of the season for Grace.....and most teams are jacked for that game.
Also, Bethel has now gone 14-1 in their last 15 games.........

who good team has bethel beaten this year? I'll give them credit of being a "dominant" team when they beat some tough competition. For a dominant team, they haven't really played anyone to show it. This week will be a crucial test to see how good Bethel really is once they play IWU.

Well...I think it's important that we distinguish which is more important.
December readiness.....or March readiness.
Would a win/loss against IWU be big either way...absolutely, but it won't define this team.
