Scott Suggs a 6'4 guard from St. Louis was at Washington (the Pac 10 school) this past year playing basketball after choosing the Huskies over Illinois and Missouri. Now he is apparently transferring to Lidenwood. Talk about a big-time transfer. This kid is a very solid scoring guard who could have been a nice role player at the high-major level, but should be a stud at the NAIA level. Is Lindenwood still DII or did they move up with one of those major conferences this year?

They are in the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) and they went NAIA Division I last year. It included such schools as MidAmerica Naz., William Jewell, and a few other top notch NAIA programs.

I read yesterday that Asbury College was getting Kentucky's 2006 Mr. Basketball. I don't remember the name, but he is transferring from Presbyterian, so he probably isn't nearly the impact that Suggs will be.
