Yes.........trading in Bontreger for Hills was horrible for Bethel. Bones had some very nice success and got to play with some great players. That wasn't an attack on BC, just a thanks.

I think he was saying that their performance at Nationals while Bones was playing wasn't all he expected....therefore, the word sobering was used.

Bones also runs a heck of a slow pitch softball tourney during the summer. The practice players on that 02-03 team could have been national champs.

I saw Bones and his father this past weekend in Indianapolis and it was a pleasure. They have always been one of my favorite families of Basketball that I've come across.
